	To be an authorized affiliate of ClickNEarn.Net, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the ClickNEarn.Net service as an affiliate. By signing up for the ClickNEarn.Net affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. Terms & Conditions Here All members must first agree to our terms and conditions before you are permitted to register. We provide full training to all members, and do not require previous experience. We provide all instructions and resources for this position within your members’ area. You agree you will not disclose this information our supply our resources to another individual or company you understand that you will be placing ads on the internet you also understand that the names you compile will come from your ads and not any lists. Your Contact Information: You must have a valid email address where we can contact you. If you move or change email addresses, you agree to notify us via email as soon as possible so that we can keep your profile updated at all times. Acknowledgements: You understand that you are considered an Independent Contractor and therefore responsible for your own taxes. You understand each member can only have 1 membership per position and there may only be 1 membership per position per household. You understand anyone found to be working 2 memberships in any one position type will have their account terminated / suspended without notice. You understand we do not tolerate spam and any member caught spamming will have their account terminated / suspended without notice. You understand that if you are found to be cheating or are found to be fraudulent in any way your account will be terminated / suspended. Changes/Modifications We reserve the right to change, cancel or end any offers, opportunities as well as the payment terms and rates at our sole discretion. We will do our best to notify you via email within 7 days of any change in policies. Ad Placing Tutorial You understand that all tutorial and instructions can be found in your members area for each position. You understand that most if not all will require some type of online advertising eg adplacing, sending emails, generating traffic. You understand that ads are offered as clients order them. You understand that any ads can be changed at any time without notice. Life Time Typist & Mail List Compiling : You understand that there is no submission deadlines you can submit each project as you complete it. You understand that although your project center does not closed that there are no payments the last week of each month. Any projects submitted in this time will be credited to your online account. You understand you are paid for complete report work by checks only when your account reaches $60. Combo Typist, Online Typist, Research Typist, Easy Typist, Home Ad Typist & Basic Ad Typist: You understand the Projects centre is closed in the last week of each month for updating and there are no payments in this time. You understand all ads Projects must be submitted by the due date in order to be paid for them. You understand the ads report processing time is 1 – 3 weeks depending on the amount of ads report we have to process. You understand you are paid for complete report work by checks only when your account reaches $60 You understand should a checks not arrive we can not re issue a checks unless it is either returned to us or the checks expires. Payments will be in the form of a checks in US dollars or Local Currency of that country by our franchise payable to you. Pay Per Click Typist : You understand you may not use pay per click, traffic generators or any other form of advertising that offers an incentive for people to visit your website. You understand you are paid for legitimate and genuine click only and are only paid 1 click per ip address per day cycle. Data Entry Typist : You understand we are a referral service only and are not a data entry company. We are a "for profit" business and we work very hard to maintain a reliable and valuable data entry referral service. You understand we require one-time signup fee of Data Entry (Life Time Membership) and we will never charged again. You understand you'll get paid every 2 or 3 weeks via check by Mail, Paypal, AlertPay, E-Gold or Direct deposit bank transfer. Payments are made on time and we only refer you to companies that pay on time. We have never experienced a late payment complaint ever! You understand you do not need to have your own products, website or need to do any selling! You simply type ads for companies online and they'll handle the rest and pay you for your work. You understand we will never ask you for any additional money once you are a member. You simply need to start entering data as outlined in the members area. Payments You understand you are paid by checks for completed work when your income reaches $60 You understand checks for work completed are sent on the 15th of each month. You understand should a checks not reach you it will not be re issued until that checks is first returned to us. You understand signups for commissions can be paid via checks in local currency of that country. Software You understand that your membership fee covers all your software in your download centre and not the free software recommended to help with your ads work. You understand that the software works on all windows applications but may not download on Mac systems. *You understand that you are not required to use the software and other methods are also available to you in your member area. Refund Policy Due to the Non Tangible nature of our products it is difficult to offer refunds as we cannot get anything returned to us.
